Our Story
Founded by technology and supply chain specialists who have worked within large-scale retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing organisations, we repeatedly encountered the same challenge: organisations were optimising processes internally while the real inefficiencies existed between companies.
Emails, spreadsheets, shared drives and disconnected systems had become the glue holding together some of the world's most critical supply chains.
In 2020, the team behind OneSC established Vipra Technology to help organisations navigate digital transformation and modernise legacy processes. Working closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs, laboratories, logistics providers and supply chain partners, we identified a recurring problem: valuable time was being lost chasing documents, tracking approvals and coordinating activities across organisational boundaries.
What started as consulting and technology delivery evolved into a much bigger vision.
Rather than helping individual organisations digitise in isolation, we set out to create a platform that could connect entire ecosystems.
That vision became OneSC in 2023.

Fatema is a UX Designer and Business Analyst with over 6 years' experience delivering user-centred digital solutions. She also leads Computer System Validation and Quality Assurance, bridging design, compliance and usability to ensure solutions are intuitive and meet regulatory standards.
